SESSIONS:

A free initial telephone assessment usually half an hour, will be arranged to discuss the counselling process. This provides you with an opportunity to decide if you feel comfortable to engage in a therapeutic relationship with me, ask any questions and explore your reasons for seeking counselling.

Subsequent sessions are scheduled on a weekly basis at an agreed date and time and are 50 minutes in length.

The duration of counselling depends on the type of difficulties you may be facing, each client's journey is individual and the time it takes to progress through the counselling process can vary. We would review this together on a regular basis to ensure your needs are being met.

I offer telephone and video sessions, both offer a safe and effective way to access counselling at this time.

Fees: 

Each telephone or online/video counselling session will cost £40.00 per 50 minutes and will be payable 24h before each session commences by BACS.

Each Face to Face session will cost £45.00 per 50 minutes and will be payable 24h before each session commences by BACS.
